DESCRIPTION:We’re sharing our staff favorites in this 3 day baking camp! Learn the art of baking from pastry dough to cookie dough. We’ll cover essential baking skills including measuring by hand and with kitchen scales\, how ingredients work together and use various kitchen tools. Yummy baked goods will be sent home each day. An electronic copy of the recipe booklet will be emailed at the end of the week. SUMMARY:Crazy for Chocolate | Cupcake Workshop | Ages 9-15
DESCRIPTION:Crazy for chocolate?  So are we!  Join us to make decadent chocolate cupcakes with the ultimate chocolate (and vanilla) frosting. We’ll weigh out our ingredients and learn correct measuring for dry and wet ingredients\, use knife skills for chopping chocolate and learn the correct way to use piping bags to decorate.  Each child will work independently to make cupcakes and will work with the instructor to make 2 types of frosting: chocolate and vanilla buttercream. We’ll use bright autumn sprinkles to top our cupcakes.
