Each person/couple will have a designated workspace. Guests are welcome to bring wine to “sip safely.”\n\nPlease inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time).\n\n\nMenu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior. \n  \nPlease read: If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class (we apologize\, no refunds). You must notify us at least 10 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). DESCRIPTION:Do you ever marvel at those beautiful French macarons found in fancy bakeries?  These delicious Parisian sandwich cookies are remarkably simple once you learn the science and technique behind them. In this introductory class\, we’ll show you the techniques and tips to make award-winning macarons with ganache and buttercream fillings. Each person will go home with a box of macarons festively packaged for someone special. Any leftover macarons may also be brought home. Tweens and teens ages 11+. Class size limited. \nPlease note: this class is not appropriate for people with tree nut and peanut allergies.
