DESCRIPTION:We’re transforming our kitchen into a Trattoria (that’s Italian for an eatery). Each day we’ll sharpen our culinary skills with a different course on the menu starting with antipasti and ending with dolce. On the last day of camp\, each child may invite a guest for lunch. Due to space limitations\, seating is for guests only with students serving their special guest to showcase their creations. Children will take home their creations each day to enjoy. DESCRIPTION:Learn the art of making marvelous french macarons!  In this hands-on workshop\, you’ll discover the tips and tricks behind making these delicious sandwich cookies with techniques such as ribboning\, piping\, resting and baking. Each student will take home a sampler of three fall-inspired flavors. DESCRIPTION:Inspired by the popular TV Show Nailed it!\, join us for our Halloween edition of friendly competition and fun!  Each aspiring decorator will be challenged to recreate Mix It Up Kitchen’s Halloween themed cake. Each child will receive a single layer 6 inch golden vanilla cake (baked ahead of time and ready to decorate). Just like the show\, each “contestant” may press the buzzer for 3 minutes of assistance.
