DESCRIPTION:Grab your partner or bring a friend for a fun night out to make some classic Italian dishes. Chef Jason will teach you the art of making fresh ricotta gnocchi and Chicken Saltimbocca with sautéed broccolini in lemon and garlic.  Bring your partner and a favorite bottle of vino! \nMenu \nHand rolled gnocchi tossed with a basil and San Marzano sauce and shaved parmesan \nChicken Saltimbocca with sautéed broccolini in lemon and garlic \nVanilla rum panna cotta with bourbon caramel sauce \n  \nDate: Saturday\, February 29th \nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $145 per couple (one ticket=2 people) \n  \nWhat to expect: \nWhen you arrive\, please make yourself comfortable while we wait for other guests to arrive. Grab an apron\, your name tag and pour yourself a glass of wine (if you brought a beverage).  Our workshop will start shortly after 7 PM and please expect to be on your feet for the first hour.  This workshop is a combination of hands-on participation and chef demonstration.  You’ll be seated by 8:15 PM to enjoy a generous plate of everything created.  Our workshops are 2-2 1/2 hours. \n  \nThings to know: \nOur kitchen will open 10 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time).  Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.  Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 24 hours prior.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class (we apologize\, no refunds) if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.

DESCRIPTION:Calling all little leprechauns for our shamrock sprinkle donut workshop!  We’ll mix up batter for airy baked donuts\, stir together a vanilla glaze and dunk them in shamrock sprinkles.  Each adult and child will work as a team to learn some valuable baking skills and take home a half dozen donuts and sample some at the kitchen.  How lucky is that? \n  \nDate: Saturday\, March 14th \nTime: 9:00-10:15 AM \nCost: $50 per pair (one registration= one adult and child) \nThings to know:\nPlease inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.  We do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our children’s classes (unless otherwise noted)\, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are manufactured in a nut-free facility.  Therefore\, we are happy to review labels with you.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot provide a credit\, however you’re welcome to transfer the registration to someone else.  Credit towards a future class is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
