DESCRIPTION:Inspired by the popular TV Show Nailed it\, join us for our Valentine’s Day edition of friendly competition and fun!  Each aspiring baker will be challenged to recreate a heart cake masterpiece made by our professional cake decorator.  We’ll start with some cake decorating tips to get started on the right track\, then each contestant will receive a heart-shaped cake (baked by us ahead of time to allow cakes to cool) to design their own look-alike.  Just like the show\, each contestant may press the buzzer for 3 minutes of assistance.  Treats will be served during judging and each child will take home their cake as a “prize.” But only one person will wear the golden chef hat!  Come join the fun! \n  \nPlease note: each child will decorate a 6 inch chocolate heart cake (4 generous servings). \n  \nAbout the instructor \nMelissa is an award winning cookie and cake decorator with many of her works published in magazines. DESCRIPTION:Rise and Shine!  We’ll be mixing up breakfast favorites like buttery scones\, old-fashioned blueberry coffee cake\, homemade granola\, donuts\, savory breakfast dishes and more. Children will learn essential baking skills through out the week while making delicious sweet and savory recipes to bring home. An electronic copy of the recipe booklet will be emailed at the end of the week. SUMMARY:Crazy for Chocolate | Cupcake Workshop | Ages 9-15
DESCRIPTION:Crazy for chocolate?  So are we!  Join us to make decadent chocolate cupcakes with the ultimate chocolate (and vanilla) frosting. We’ll weigh out our ingredients and learn correct measuring for dry and wet ingredients\, use knife skills for chopping chocolate and learn the correct way to use piping bags to decorate.  Each child will work independently to make cupcakes and will work with the instructor to make 2 types of frosting: chocolate and vanilla buttercream. We’ll use bright autumn sprinkles to top our cupcakes. SUMMARY:Raviolis & Cannolis | Tweens & Teens Ages 11+
DESCRIPTION:Learn the art of making homemade pasta shaped into pillows of delicious cheese ravioli paired with a fresh marinara sauce.  We’ll make two fillings for our raviolis (one fall-inspired and one traditional). For a sweet finale we’ll pipe cannolis for dessert. Dinner and dessert will be packaged up to bring home and enjoy.
