SUMMARY:Teens in The Kitchen: Italian Classics
DESCRIPTION:Our teen cooking classes offer a welcoming\, hands-on space where teen (and tween) cooks learn practical kitchen skills\, explore new flavors\, and build confidence through creating versatile\, delicious dishes. With guided instruction\, students leave feeling accomplished and inspired to keep cooking at home. Dishes will be packaged up to bring home with recipes emailed. Teens will work independently and in small groups\, therefore please indicate if registering with a friend. Class size limited\, however we require a minimum of 6 people to run a class. So please share with friends. Ages 11+. \n\n  \nMenu \nHand-rolled ricotta gnocchi \nWeeknight Meat Sauce (Bolognese) \nSimple Italian dessert \n\n\n\nDate: Monday\, January 26th \nTime: 4:30-6:00 PM \n\nCost: $75 pp \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThings to Know Before Your Class\n\n\nFood Allergies & Dietary RestrictionsPlease notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before registering to understand if the class is a good fit. You can reach us at info@mixitupkitchen.com. \nArrival PolicyOur kitchen will open 5 minutes before class begins. We kindly ask that all participants arrive on time\, as instruction will start promptly.Please note: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late\, we may not be able to accommodate you fully\, as the class will already be in progress. \nClass format/attire Upon arrival\, we ask that students wash their hands\, grab an apron provided for wear during the class. Long hair should be tied back. \nCancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel\, we’re happy to offer a class credit (valid for 6 months) if you notify us at least 10 days before your scheduled class. Due to the small size of our classes\, we are unable to offer credits for cancellations made within 10 days of the class for any reason. However\, you are always welcome to send someone in your place—just let us know in advance. \nClass Cancellations by Mix It Up KitchenWe reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or instructor illness/emergency. In the rare event this occurs\, we will offer you a full refund or a credit toward a future class\, depending on your original payment method. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment\, you’ll be notified at least 24 hours in advance. \nCancellation listVery often we get cancellations.
