SUMMARY:Baking Through Italy | Ages 9-15
DESCRIPTION:Embark on a delicious journey through Italy! We’ll explore 3 different regions\, from the rustic flavors of Tuscany to the sweet treats of Sicily. Each child will go home with a bakery box full of Italian treats and learn some baking skills along the way. Delizioso!  Class size limited. \nPlease note: Tree nuts will be used for one of our desserts to make a torta caprese (chocolate tart).   \n  \nDate: Thursday\, February 20th \nTime: 10:00 AM-12:00 PM \nCost: $70 \nPlease note\, we currently have 1 space left in this camp (in case you are registering with a friend). \n  \n\nThings to Know: \nIf you have trouble registering or resetting a password\, please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or at 617-794-5191.  \nFOOD ALLERGIES:Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description\, however some ingredients may be processed in a facility with peanuts and tree nuts. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time. \nCLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to limited enrollment\, classes are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your class for any reason\, we can provide you with a credit for a future class with at least 7 days notice from the date of the class. Class credits expire 6 months from the date of the scheduled class. Within the 7 days\, we can only provide a credit if we can fill your spot or you are always welcome to send someone in your child’s place. If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment\, we will provide you with a full refund.  \nWAITLIST: If the class you’re looking for is full\, please email us at info@mixitupkitchen.com to be on a cancellation list.

DESCRIPTION:Learn the art of making fresh pasta dough cut into delicate fettuccine ribbons tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce with chicken. In this hands-on workshop you’ll mix\, knead\, roll\, and shape your own pasta dough\, make a homemade sauce and Italian bread! Our creations will be cooked at the kitchen and packaged up to enjoy at home. \nThis class is for all ages 10+. Adults are welcome to register\, but must do so separately.
