SUMMARY:Kids Italian Cooking | 4 Week Wednesday Series | Ages 10-15
DESCRIPTION:Learn techniques to create delicious Italian-inspired dishes. Through out this series we’ll practice knife skills and introduce cooking techniques to make a variety of Italian dishes from pasta to chicken. Each student will take home serving size for 1-2 people– perfect for dinner and maybe some lunch leftovers!  Delizioso!  Class size limited. \n  \n\n\nDate: Wednesdays (4 week series): January 20th\, 27th\, 3rd  & 10th \nTime: 4:00-5:30 PM \nCost: $235 \n  \n\nThings to know: \nIf you have trouble registering or resetting a password\, please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or at 617-794-5191.  \nCOVID-19 UPDATE: We will be following CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our students. All classes will require the use of face coverings for both students and staff\, social distancing and strict sanitation and cleanliness protocols. For more information\, please click on the Covid-19 Safety button on the top of the page. \nFOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description\, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time. \nCLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable\, however\, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend a class\, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 10 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191.  Any requests made within the 10 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child’s spot. Due to our limited class size we appreciate your understanding. DESCRIPTION:Grab a lover\, friend or family member for a fun evening out to make some classic French dishes with Chef Jason.  In this hands-on technique class\, you’ll receive individualized attention by our chef as you prepare a delicious dinner to bring home. You’ll leave with recipes and a repertoire of new skills. Ooh la la!  Class size limited. \nMenu \nArugula with roasted pear\, toasted walnut\, blue cheese salad with a champagne vinaigrette \nCoq au Vin  \nChocolate Pots de Crème (chef prepared) \n  \nDate: Saturday\, February 6th \nTime: 5:00-7:00 PM \n\nCost: $180 per couple \n\nIf this class is full please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com to be put on a waitlist. \n\nThings to know:\n\nMasks are required inside the kitchen at all times. Each person/couple will have a designated workspace.\n\nPlease inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time).\n\n\n  \nMenu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class (we apologize\, no refunds) if you notify us at least 10 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 10 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance. \n\nWe look forward to seeing you!
