SUMMARY:Bake Shop Favorites Wednesdays I 3 Week Series I Ages 8-13
DESCRIPTION:We’ll have fun mixing up some bakery-style favorites while learning proper measuring techniques (by hand and using kitchen scales) along with recipe comprehension and setting up our “mis en place” to be well-organized.  Baking also reinforces math\, reading and science!   Class size limited.   \nSome of our menu items will include muffins\, cookies\, breads and tarts.  This is a nut-free class but is not appropriate for children with dairy or gluten sensitivities.  A gluten free baking class will be offered later in the fall. \nDate: Wednesday\, September 20th\, 27th & October 4th \nTime: 4:00-5:30 pm \nCost: $110 \nThings to know: \nOur children classes are nut-free.  Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.  Menu items may change due to availability and student dietary restrictions.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  Unfortunately\, we cannot provide refunds within 10 days of class start. Please review our cancellation policy on our FAQ page (under the About Us tab).
