DESCRIPTION:It’s Cinco de Mayo and we’re cooking up some delicious Mexican fare with Chef Sarah.  Learn to make some great Mexican dishes while enjoying a festive evening out.  We’ll even make a batch of our own Margarita Mix- BYO tequila or enjoy a Mocktail.  \nMenu: \nCarne Asada Con Rajas (grilled steak with onion poblano) \nFish Tacos \nGuatemalan Black Bean and Goat Cheese \nTres Leche Flan \nFriday\, May 5th \n\n7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $70 \n\nThings to know: \nPlease inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a refund within 7 days of class time (minus a 5% merchant processing fee).  After that time classes are non-refundable\, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (but please let us know ahead of time).
