DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun\, social and informative evening out! In this hands-on cooking class we will teach teens the versatility of eggs using simple\, nutritious ingredients. We’ll prepare a summer salad\, a variety of frittatas and to satisfy the sweet tooth- crepes for dessert. Along the way\, we’ll demonstrate a range of key cooking and knife skills\, kitchen safety and organization.  \nTeens will enjoy their creations in class and leave inspired with an array of tasty recipes to show off to family and friends! \nSummer salad and vinaigrette \nCheddar\, bacon and zucchini frittata \nSpinach\, tomato & feta frittata \nCaramelised onion\, asparagus and parmesan frittata  \nCrepes with fresh fruit to top it all off! \nFriday\, May 13th \n6:00-8:00 pm \nCost: $50 \nPlease inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.
