SUMMARY:Tortellini & Tiramisu | Ages 11+
DESCRIPTION:Learn the art of making fresh pasta dough shaped into delicate tortellini with an Alfredo cream sauce. You’ll mix\, knead\, roll\, and shape your own pasta dough and make an authentic tiramisu like Nonna does it! Our creations will be cooked at the kitchen and packaged up to enjoy at home. \nThis class is for all ages 11+. Adults are welcome to register\, but must do so separately. Class size limited. \n  \nDate: Monday\, January 20th \nTime: 2:00-4:00 PM \nCost: $79 per person \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThings to know: \nIf you have trouble registering or resetting a password\, please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or at 617-794-5191.  \nFOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description\, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time. \nCLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable\, however\, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend a class\, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 7 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191.  Any requests made within the 7 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child’s spot. Due to our limited class size we appreciate your understanding.
