DESCRIPTION:Nothing says winter better than comfort foods.  We’ll make homemade lasagna with layers of fresh pasta noodles (that we’ll make from scratch)\, a hearty beef ragú and creamy béchamel sauce.  Learn to make all of the components of this classic Italian dish.  A hearty lasagna dinner will be enjoyed at the kitchen with freshly filled cannolis for dessert.  Class size limited to 9. \n  \nDate: Friday\, January 31st \n\nTime: 5:00-7:00 PM \nCost: $60 \n  \n\nThings to know: \nWe do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our children’s classes\, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are manufactured in a nut-free facility.  Therefore\, please contact us before registering and we will review labels with you.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot provide a credit for any reason\, however you’re welcome to transfer the registration to someone else. \n
