SUMMARY:Taste of Italy | 4 Days\, 9AM-12PM | Ages 10-15
DESCRIPTION:Taste the flavors of the North End without going into Boston!  We’ll make fresh pasta dough for a delicious lasagna bolognese\, pesto chicken\, ravioli or tortellini\, gnocchi with a marinara sauce\, focaccia bread\, fresh pizza dough and more. For a sweet finale\, we’ll make an Italian dessert to pair with our meal each day. Dishes will be packaged up to take home to share with your family. Delizioso!  An electronic copy of the recipe booklet will be emailed at the end of the week. Class size limited to 8. \nPlease note: tree nuts will be used in this class for the Pesto chicken. \nChildren will work independently on their recipes with guidance from an instructor and will be spaced apart per CDC guidelines. \n  \nDates: Monday\, August 10th to Thursday\, August 13th \n\nTime: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM \nCost: $350 \n\n  \nThings to know: \nIf you have trouble registering or resetting a password\, please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or at 617-794-5191.  \nCOVID-19 UPDATE: We will be following CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our students. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description\, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time. \nCAMP CANCELLATION POLICY: Camps are non-refundable\, however\, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend their scheduled session\, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session. You must notify us at least 14 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com. If you do not receive a reply\, please assume that we didn’t receive your request and call us at the number above. Rescheduling is subject to class availability and must be used by August 17\, 2020. Any requests made within the 14 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child’s spot.
