SUMMARY:Taste of Fall with Chef Jason | Adult Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Warm up with some Italian-inspired fall favorites with Chef Jason.  These classic dishes will soon become part of your repertoire for comfort foods.  You’ll learn essential techniques including knife skills\, culinary tricks and gain lots of knowledge while having fun.  Recipes will be available to take home.  BYO welcome. \nMenu:  \nMesclun greens\, roasted yellow peppers\, blistered grape tomato\, Gorgonzola and crispy prosciutto with a pistachio vinaigrette \nClassic Beef Meatball with San Marzano marinara \nSage and apricot chicken with butternut purée and brown butter \n  \nDate: Saturday\, November 2nd \n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $69 pp \n\n  \nAbout Jason \nJason has been cooking all his life and has traveled the country cooking for some of the finest chefs.  His passion for local ingredients and creative flavors is what has driven his success in the culinary industry.  Being a resident of the south shore for many years\, he has learned all that this region offers for ingredients and recipes.  From the traditional dishes we all grew up eating to new trends that will become favorites. \n  \nWhat to expect: \nWhen you arrive\, please make yourself comfortable while we wait for other guests to arrive. Grab an apron\, your name tag and pour yourself a glass of wine (if you brought a beverage).  Our workshop will start shortly after 7 PM and please expect to be on your feet for the first hour.  Our workshops are hands-on (unless otherwise noted) or guests are welcome to watch.  Our goal is to get everyone seated before 8:30 PM to enjoy a generous plate of everything created.  Workshops last between 2-2 1/2 hours. You’ll meet new people and leave inspired to create new dishes at home! \n  \n\nThings to know: \nOur doors will open at 6:50 PM (kindly no arrival before that time).  Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.  Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 10 days prior to the class (unfortunately no refunds).  Within 10 days of the event\, we are unable to provide a credit towards another class\, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place. Credit towards a future class is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
