Spice up your summer with fresh, seasonal dishes to add to your repertoire. Perfect for patio entertaining or picnics at the beach, our chef will demonstrate a variety of dishes that can be made ahead and served at room temperature. Our menu will include garden gazpacho shooters, chicken with Romesco sauce, “not your average” Mexican corn salad, asparagus and goat cheese summer tart and Sarah’s strawberry rhubarb crisp bars. Learn techniques that will serve up “no-fail” results each time. For a perfect pairing, Artis Winery will have two of their new release wines to sample: a versatile Tempranillo Rosé and an exceptional Riesling. Treat yourself to a “well-deserved” night out!

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. We will notify you at least 24 hours before the event. If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date. After that time, we cannot issue a credit, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
