SUMMARY:Restaurant Camp | 4 Days | Ages 9-14
DESCRIPTION:We’re transforming our kitchen into a Trattoria (that’s Italian for an eatery). Each day we’ll sharpen our culinary skills with a different course on the menu starting with antipasti and ending with dolce. We’ll make a variety of Italian creations as we prepare for our restaurant opening on the last day of camp when each child may invite a guest to serve for lunch. Due to space limitations\, seating is for guests only (unless weather permits outdoor seating). Each day children will take home their creations to enjoy. A recipe booklet will be emailed at the end of the week. Class size limited.  \nChildren enrolled in our weekly camps will receive a reusable sports water bottle labeled with their name to use at the kitchen and bring home at the end of the week.   \n  \nDates: Monday\, July 19th to Thursday\, July 22nd \nTime: 9:00-11:45 AM (Please note that camp will be extended until 12:15 PM on the last day for guest lunch) \nCost: $360 (includes guest lunch)  \n  \nThings to know: \nIf you have trouble registering or resetting a password\, please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or at 617-794-5191.  \nCOVID-19 UPDATE: We will be following CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our students. For more information\, please click on the Covid-19 Safety button on the top of the page. \nFOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description\, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time. \nChildren will work both independently and in small groups. If your child is signed up with a friend\, please indicate that during registration. Kindly no arrivals earlier than 5 minutes before class time so we can give you our full attention. Only registered children are permitted inside the kitchen as a Covid safety precaution.     \nCAMP CANCELLATION POLICY: Camps are non-refundable\, however\, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend their scheduled session for any reason\, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session to be used by August 23rd\, 2021 and subject to availability. You must notify us at least 14 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com. If you do not receive a reply\, please assume that we didn’t receive your request and call us at the number above. Any requests made within the 14 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child’s spot. You are always welcome to transfer the space to another child who meets the age requirement.
