Restaurant Camp I 4 Days I Ages 7-11

Our most popular camp from last year is back on the menu! Each day we’ll perfect our culinary skills for a different course: breads, appetizers, entrees and desserts. On the last day, each student will design a menu and invite a special guest to dine at the “restaurant” and play a role in serving the guests. They’ll learn fundamental kitchen skills including cooking and baking techniques, working cleanly and safely in the kitchen and exploring new foods. Taught by Chef Sarah, former chef of Boston’s Hamersley’s Bistro.
Dates: July 17th, 18th, 19th & 20th (Monday-Thursday)
Time: 9:00-11:45 AM
Cost: $250 (Please note that this is a higher priced camp due to the materials involved and to cover the guest fee)
Things to know:
Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering and any other information that would help provide a better experience for your child. Our children’s classes are nut-free. Menu items may change due to availability and student dietary restrictions. Cancellations may be made prior to June 1st and a refund will be provided (minus a $25 cancellation fee). After that time, we cannot offer a refund but you are welcome to send another child in their place. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.
