SUMMARY:Raviolis & Cannolis I February Vacation Camp I Ages 8-13
DESCRIPTION:Learn the art of making fresh pasta for yummy cheese-filled ravioli.  We’ll use the mezzaluna to chop fresh herbs for a delicious marinara sauce. For a sweet finale\, we’ll make homemade gelato and chocolate chip cannolis.  Everything (except for the gelato) will be packaged up to bring home! \nDate: Wednesday\, February 21st \n\nTime: 9:00-11:45 am \nCost: $56 \nThings to know: \nPlease inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.  Our children classes are nut-free.  Menu items may change due to availability and student dietary restrictions.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. If you need to cancel\, we can provide a refund only if you notify us 10 days prior to the class date.  After that time classes are non-refundable\, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time). \n
