Chef’s Bio: Sarah Leahy-Benjamin is a food author, private chef and cookery teacher. She has extensive experience working as a chef through out Boston and London, namely Hamersley’s Bistro in the South End and in London working for the Joe Allen Restaurant Group, Sunshine DNA Film Co and with Chef Alastair Little. After 13 years in London and travel throughout Australia, Sarah now resides in Duxbury. Her philosophy is that food should be first and foremost seasonal with strong emphasis on simple, wholesome, and locally sourced ingredients.

Please inform us of any food allergies during registration. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment (fewer than 8 people as required) and a full refund will be provided. If you need to cancel, we can provide a refund if you notify us 10 days prior to the class. After that time classes are non-refundable, but you are welcome to send someone in your place.
