SUMMARY:Pasta Lovers | Date Night | Adult Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a delicious date night with your partner and avoid the Valentine’s Day rush.  In this hands-on workshop\, our chef will walk you through the technique to create fresh pasta\, starting with a delicate ravioli and ending with a decadent chocolate fettuccine.  You’ll learn professional culinary techniques\, enjoy a plated meal and leave inspired to create new dishes at home!  Recipes will be available.  BYO welcome. \n  \nMenu \nMushroom ravioli with a sage brown butter sauce with sauteed asparagus and roasted cherry tomato. \nMarinated heirloom tomato layered with crispy prosciutto and Buffalo mozzarella\, topped with a basil pesto and fried capers \nChocolate pasta dipped with raspberry sauce and shaved white chocolate \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDate: Saturday\, February 8th \n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $130 per couple \n\n  \n  \nAbout Jason \nJason has been cooking all his life and has traveled the country cooking for some of the finest chefs.  His passion for local ingredients and creative flavors is what has driven his success in the culinary industry.  Being a resident of the south shore for many years\, he has learned all that this region offers for ingredients and recipes.  From the traditional dishes we all grew up eating to new trends that will become favorites. \n  \nWhat to expect: \nWhen you arrive\, please make yourself comfortable while we wait for other guests to arrive. Grab an apron\, your name tag and pour yourself a glass of wine (if you brought a beverage).  Our workshop will start shortly after 7 PM and please expect to be on your feet for the first hour.  This workshop is a combination of hands-on participation and chef demonstration.  You’ll be seated by 8:15 PM to enjoy a generous plate of everything created.  Our workshops are 2-2 1/2 hours. \n  \nThings to know: \nOur kitchen will open 10 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time).  Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.  Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 24 hours prior.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class (we apologize\, no refunds) if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.
