DESCRIPTION:It’s Cinco de Mayo and we’re cooking up some delicious Mexican fare with Chef Sarah.  Learn to make some great Mexican dishes while enjoying a festive evening out.  Our classes focus on learning professional culinary techniques while making a variety of dishes to enjoy at the kitchen.  Recipes will be available to take home.  BYOB welcome. \nMenu: \nSpicy Pulled Pork on a Crispy Tostada  \nAvocado Lime Crema and Housemade Pickled Cucumbers \nEsquites (Mexican sweet corn salad) \nGuatemalan Black Bean and Goat Cheese \nChurros & Chocolate \n  \nDate: Saturday\, May 4th \n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $65 \n\n  \n\nThings to know: \nMenu items may change slightly based on what’s fresh and available.  Please inform us of any food allergies before registering.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that we need to cancel\, we will notify you at least 48 hours before the event. If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot issue a credit\, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
