DESCRIPTION:It’s almost Cinco de Mayo and we’re cooking up some delicious Mexican fare with Chef Jason. Learn to make some great Mexican dishes while enjoying a festive evening out.  Our classes focus on learning professional culinary techniques while making a variety of dishes to enjoy. Please note: due to Covid precautions\, your creations will be packaged up to bring home. Class size limited. \nMenu \nGreens topped with jicama\, radish and blistered tomato with a sweet corn vinaigrette    \nChili spice rubbed chicken with salsa verde \nRice with lime\, cilantro and ancho chili  \nRoasted Mexican zucchini with cherry tomatoes  \nDulce de leche (chef prepared) \n  \nDate: Saturday\, May 1st \n\nTime: 5:00-7:00 PM \n\nCost: $105 per person or $180 per couple (teens 16+ are welcome with an adult). \n\nIf this class is full please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com to be put on a waitlist. \n\nThings to know:\n\nMasks are required inside the kitchen at all times. Each person/couple will have a designated workspace. Guests are welcome to bring wine to “sip safely.”\n\nPlease inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time).\n\n\nMenu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior. \n  \nPlease read: If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class (we apologize\, no refunds). You must notify us at least 10 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 10 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance. \n\nWe look forward to seeing you!\n
