SUMMARY:Mediterranean Cuisine | Adult Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Spice up your evening at our Mediterranean Cuisine workshop.  Learn to cook with flavors from the Middle East to make authentic dishes such as Chicken Shawarma\, Turkish Lamb Pizza with pomegranate\, labneh and pine nuts\, Mejadra (warm spiced lentils and rice with crispy onions) and Chermoula aubergine with barley and yogurt.  This will be a fun class and should not be missed! \nOur classes focus on learning professional culinary techniques while making a variety of dishes to enjoy at the kitchen.  Recipes will be available to take home.  BYOB welcome.   \n  \nSaturday\, March 10th \n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $75 per person \n\nThings to know: \nWe require a minimum of 6 attendees to run a class.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a refund if you notify us 10 days prior to the class date.  After that time classes are non-refundable\, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time).  Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering. \n
