DESCRIPTION:Experience true New Orleans cooking for an evening of Mardi Gras fun!  In this part interactive and part demonstration-style event\, you’ll learn to create an authentic Jambalaya simmered with andouille sausage\, chicken and shrimp.  You’ll be seated to enjoy the rest of your dinner and partake in this unique celebration.  BYOB welcome! \n  \nMenu \nCreole Crab Cakes \nJambalaya \nCorn Bread \nBananas Foster \n\n\n  \nDate: Saturday\, March 2nd \nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $65   \n  \nThings to know: \nMenu items may change slightly based on what’s fresh and available.  Please inform us of any food allergies before registering.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment (fewer than 6 people) and a full refund will be provided.  We will notify you at least 24 hours before the event. If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot issue a credit\, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
