SUMMARY:Macarons with Mom I Parent & Child Ages 9+
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate mom making sweet memories together! You’ll work in pairs to make these delicious Parisian sandwich cookies and learn tips and techniques to recreate them at home. Our fillings will include a raspberry buttercream and chocolate ganache that we’ll make together in class while our shells are baking. Each pair will go home with a festively wrapped box of macarons to share. This class is recommended for children ages 9+ to work with an adult. Class size limited. \nPlease note: this class is not appropriate for people with egg or tree nut allergies. Macarons are gluten free. \n  \nDate: Friday\, May 12th \nTime: 4:30-6:00 PM \nCost: $100 per pair (one registration equals two people) \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThings to know: \nIf you have trouble registering or resetting a password\, please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or at 617-794-5191.  \nFOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description\, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time. \nCLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable\, however\, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend a class\, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 7 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191.  Any requests made within the 7 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child’s spot. Due to our limited class size we appreciate your understanding.
