Thank you for choosing Mix It Up Kitchen to celebrate your event! Please note the information below as well as the party confirmation details.

Event start time: 6:30 PM (we kindly ask for arrivals no earlier than 10 minutes before the event so we can have the kitchen ready and give you our full attention).

Attendees: 16 people, no food allergies reported. (kindly no changes after Monday 12/13).

Cost: $105 per person plus an additional $18.50 per person for 3 appetizer selections: Total: $123.50 per person.

Gratuity is not expected, however if you’d like to add one, please let us know and we will update the link.

Kindly pay the amount by Tuesday, December 14th.

Chicken Wellington bites wrapped in puff pastry with Bernadine sauce

Salad:

Caprese heirloom tomato salad layered with crispy prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella

cheese and topped with basil pesto with fried capers

Entrees:

Statler Chicken with a pomegranate glaze, roasted butternut and apple purée, sautéed broccolini

Pork Medallions with a rosemary pomegranate glaze with cauliflower purée and sautéed broccolini

Chocolate mouse with gingerbread crumb
