DESCRIPTION:Grab a lover\, friend or family member for a fun evening out to make some classic French dishes with Chef Jason.  In this hands-on technique class\, you’ll receive individualized attention by our chef as you prepare a delicious dinner to bring home. You’ll leave with recipes and a repertoire of new skills. Ooh la la!  Class size limited. \nMenu \nArugula with roasted pear\, toasted walnut\, blue cheese salad with a champagne vinaigrette \nCoq au Vin  \nChocolate Pots de Crème (chef prepared) \n  \nDate: Saturday\, February 6th \nTime: 5:00-7:00 PM \n\nCost: $180 per couple \n\nIf this class is full please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com to be put on a waitlist. \n\nThings to know:\n\nMasks are required inside the kitchen at all times. Each person/couple will have a designated workspace.\n\nPlease inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time).\n\n\n  \nMenu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class (we apologize\, no refunds) if you notify us at least 10 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 10 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance. \n\nWe look forward to seeing you!
