SUMMARY:Regional Italian | Couples Cooking Adult Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Cozy up with your partner and learn to make some hearty Italian dishes with Chef Chris.  On our menu is an apple\, fennel\, tarragon and Parmigiano flatbread\,  creamy mushroom risotto and poached pears in Barolo sauce.  Our classes focus on learning professional culinary techniques while making a variety of dishes to enjoy at the kitchen.  Recipes are available to take home.  BYOB welcome. \nSaturday\, January 20th \n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $120 per couple (one ticket= 2 people) \nRegistration has closed\, however we have 2 cancellations.  Please email us at info@new.dev.cc if you’re interested in taking the spaces.  \n\nThings to know: \nWe require a minimum of 6 attendees to run a class.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a refund if you notify us 10 days prior to the class date (minus a 3% merchant processing fee).  After that time classes are non-refundable\, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time).  Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering. \n
