DESCRIPTION:Skip the Valentine’s Day rush and enjoy an evening of Couples cooking at our kitchen.  You’ll learn to create elegant and authentic French cuisine with Chef Sarah. Our classes focus on learning professional culinary techniques while making a variety of dishes to enjoy at the kitchen.  Recipes will be available to take home.  BYOB welcome.   \nMenu \nSparkling wine toast \nHazelnut crusted goat cheese fennel frisse salad with Dijon vinaigrette \nBeef Bourguignon \nMushrooms on toast with roasted garlic spread \nChocolate soufflés \n  \nDate: Saturday\, February 10th \n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $150 per couple (One ticket= 2 people) \n\nThings to know: \nWe require a minimum of 4 couples to run this class.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a refund if you notify us 10 days prior to the class date (minus a 3% merchant processing fee).  After that time classes are non-refundable\, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time).  Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.
