DESCRIPTION:Seemingly elusive yet enticing Asian cuisine has it all: sweet\, spicy\, fragrant\, and exotic – a true favorite of ours. This course helps to recreate the authentic Asian flavors at home from stir-frying to steaming and vinaigrettes to sticky sweet jams- we will cover them all!  BYO welcome! \n  \nMenu \nShrimp Pad Thai \nFresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls homemade tomato chili jam \nSoba noodle cucumber herb salad with soy vinaigrette \nMussels with coconut lemongrass broth \n  \nDate: Thursday\, October 25th \nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $65   \n  \nThings to know: \nA minimum of 8 people is required to run a class.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the rare event that a class is cancelled\, we will notify you at least 24 hours ahead of time. Tickets are refundable up to seven days before an event. After that time\, tickets are non-refundable but you may send another person in your place.
