DESCRIPTION:Cozy up with your honey and enjoy a Fall date night at our kitchen.  In this hands-on workshop\, Chef Chris will teach you the art of making fresh gnocchi accompanied by a hearty autumn salad and Italian dessert.  Bring your favorite wine or beer to enjoy with dinner.  Chef Chris is a graduate of the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts and a certified wine specialist. \nMenu \nAutumn Frisée Salad with Toasted Nuts\, Dried Cranberries with a Warm Bacon Dressing \nButternut Squash Gnocchi with a Sage Brown Butter Sauce \nVanilla Panna Cotta with a Caramel Swirl \n  \nDate: Saturday\, October 21st \nTime: 6:30-8:30 PM \nCost: $60.00 per person ($120 per couple) \n  \nThings to know: \nWe require a minimum of 6 attendees to run a class.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a refund if you notify us 10 days prior to the class date (minus a 5% merchant processing fee).  After that time classes are non-refundable\, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time). Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.
