SUMMARY:Eastern Mediterranean | Adult Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Learn to make aromatic dishes straight from the Mediterranean.  We’ll use vibrant herbs\, grains and vegetables to make rich yet healthy foods that taste exotic and surprisingly easy to make.  Afterwards\, we’ll sit down and break bread together.  BYO welcome. \n  \nMenu \nButternut hummus with date syrup and za’tar (appetizer on arrival) \nParsley feta and barley tabbouleh style salad \nMeatballs braised in harissa tomato sauce on arugula with garlic yoghurt dressing \nChicken roasted with clementine\, fennel and oranges. \nHomemade Flatbreads \n  \nDate: Thursday\, March 7th \nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $65   \n  \nThings to know: \nMenu items may change slightly based on what’s fresh and available.  Please inform us of any food allergies before registering.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment (fewer than 6 people) and a full refund will be provided.  We will notify you at least 24 hours before the event. If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot issue a credit\, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
