DESCRIPTION:Cooking with Confidence is a hands-on workshop that focus on the fundamentals of great cooking.  Our professional chef will discuss the ins and outs of knife use\, care and safety and show you how to dice (Brunoise\, small\, medium and large dice)\, slice and Chiffonade. You’ll walk away knowing how to maintain a sharp edge and the best way to cut vegetables and herbs. \nYou’ll top off your hard work with a delicious meal of mojo steak tacos with a crisp slaw and for dessert a tropical fruit salad with 5-spice syrup over a citrus pound cake\, \n\nDate: Friday\, April 6th \n\n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $70 \n  \nThings to know: \nPlease inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a refund if you notify us 10 days prior to the class date.  After that time classes are non-refundable\, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time).  Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.
