Our pastry chef will teach you how to make a traditional Bûche de Noël (Yule log cake). A light and airy chocolate genoise cake filled with luscious buttercream frosting surrounded by a winter wonderland of marzipan mice and meringue mushrooms. You’ll learn all of the components and the technique to roll, frost and decorate your own Bûche de Noël. Ages 12+. Adults welcome.

We do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our children’s classes, however we cannot guarantee that all ingredients are manufactured in a nut-free facility. Therefore, please contact us before registering to check labels. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. If you need to cancel, we can provide a refund if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date. After that time, we cannot provide refunds or credits, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
