Cupcake Decorating party for Blair on Sunday, June 13th @ 3:00 PM (arriving at 2:30 PM to set up).

$200 deposit due before Thursday, June 10th please with balance paid by check at day of party. Thank you!

Party Details

• 4 vanilla cupcakes per child arriving in a bakery box 
• Vanilla buttercream icing in bags to share (lt. pink, lt. green and lt. purple and white).
• Use of mini offset spatulas to frost cupcakes with.
• 2 colors of pastel sprinkles (pink/white jimmies and sparkly purple)- each child will have their own small container in a souffle cup.
• Chef hats to decorate (Nikki will provide washable markers/stickers to decorate)
• Recipes to bring home.
• Aprons to wear during the party.
• Mix It Up Kitchen party host and assistant to assist children with decorating.
• Party duration: 1 hour of active party time. Mix It Up Kitchen staff will be responsible for clearing/collecting items used for party. Family is responsible for all other clean up.
• Frosted vanilla cupcakes with light pink frosting to sing happy birthday with (Nikki will provide all natural sprinkles for cupcakes enjoyed at the party).
• If a guest cancels last minute, we still ask that you be responsible for payment (changes can be made on/before Friday).   

Cost: 15 children @ $45 pp Plus an additional box of 4 cupcakes for siblings 

Total of 16 boxes of 4 cupcakes includes frosting, sprinkles & chef hats= $720

$3.00 per cupcake to sing happy birthday (15 cupcakes)= $45 (I will include a few extra at no charge- just in case)

$35 helper and $75 off-site fee

Deposit: $200, Balance: $675 (due at party)
