DESCRIPTION:We’re sharing our staff favorites in this 3 day baking camp! Learn the art of baking from pastry dough to cookie dough. We’ll cover essential baking skills including measuring by hand and with kitchen scales\, how ingredients work together and use various kitchen tools. Yummy baked goods will be sent home each day. An electronic copy of the recipe booklet will be emailed at the end of the week. Class size limited. \n\nChildren will work independently on most of their recipes with guidance from an instructor and will be spaced apart per CDC guidelines. \n\n\n\n\nDates: Monday\, August 31st to Wednesday\, September 2nd \n\nTime: 9:00-11:45 AM \nCost: $240 \n  \n\nThings to know: \nIf you have trouble registering or resetting a password\, please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or at 617-794-5191.  \nCOVID-19 UPDATE: We will be following CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our students. All classes will require the use of face coverings for both students and staff\, social distancing and strict sanitation and cleanliness protocols. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description\, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time. \nCAMP CANCELLATION POLICY: Camps are non-refundable\, however\, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend their scheduled session and we can fill your space\, we are happy to provide a credit for a future class (valid for 6 months) otherwise camps are non-refundable but you are welcome to send someone in your child’s place.
