DESCRIPTION:We’ll have fun mixing up some Fall bakery-style favorites while learning proper measuring techniques (by hand and using kitchen scales) along with recipe comprehension and setting up our “mis en place” to be well-organized.  Baking also reinforces math\, reading and science!   Class size limited. \nDate: Wednesdays\, October 18th\, 25th & November 1st \nTime: 4:00-5:30 pm \nCost: $110 for a 3 week series \nThings to know: \nPlease inform us of any food allergies prior to registering. This class is not appropriate for dairy or gluten sensitivities.  Menu items may change due to availability and student dietary restrictions.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  Unfortunately\, we cannot provide refunds within 10 days of class start. Please review our cancellation policy on our FAQ page (under the About Us tab).
