DESCRIPTION:Seemingly elusive yet enticing\, Asian cuisine has it all: sweet\, spicy\, fragrant\, and exotic – a true favorite of ours.  Learn to create authentic Asian flavors at home from stir-frying to dipping sauces. In this hands-on workshop\, our chef will guide you through the steps to make a delicious spring-inspired meal to bring home. You’ll leave with recipes and a repertoire of new culinary skills. Class size limited. \nMenu \nAsian chopped salad with a toasted sesame and ginger vinaigrette \n Pan seared chicken and cabbage dumplings with a soy ginger dipping sauce \nVegetable fried rice \n Ginger cake with lemon and honey glaze (chef-prepared) \n  \nDate: Saturday\, March 13th \n\nTime: 5:00-7:00 PM \n\nCost: $105 per person or $180 per couple (couples will work side by side) \n\nIf this class is full please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com to be put on a waitlist. \n\nThings to know:\n\nMasks are required inside the kitchen at all times. Each person/couple will have a designated workspace. Guests are welcome to bring wine to “sip safely.”\n\nPlease inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time).\n\n\nMenu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class (we apologize\, no refunds) if you notify us at least 10 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 10 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance. \n\nWe look forward to seeing you!\n
