SUMMARY:Fast & Fabulous Asian | Adult Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Seemingly elusive yet enticing\, Asian cuisine has it all: sweet\, spicy\, fragrant\, and exotic – a true favorite of ours.  Learn to create authentic Asian flavors at home. In this hands-on workshop\, you’ll work in small groups alongside our professional chef to cook a restaurant style meal. You’ll learn knife skills\, culinary techniques and tips to create fresh and flavorful dishes. Choose the option to enjoy your creations at the kitchen or package things up to enjoy at home.  Class size limited. \nPlease note: For everyone’s safety\, masks are strongly encouraged and required for our unvaccinated guests. BYO Welcome. Guests may enjoy their creations at the kitchen or opt to bring their dinner home.  \nMenu \nAsian chopped salad with a toasted sesame and ginger vinaigrette \n Pan seared chicken and cabbage dumplings with a soy ginger dipping sauce \nVegetable fried rice \n Ginger cake with pineapple sauce and coconut cream \n  \nDate: Saturday\, November 13th \n\nTime: 6:00-8:30 PM \n\nCost: $95 per person \n\nIf this class is full please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com to be put on a waitlist. \n\n\n\nThings to know:\n\n\nPlease inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time so we can be ready for you).\n\n\nMenu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance. \n\nWe look forward to seeing you!\n\n
