SUMMARY:Artisanal-Style Pizza & Wine Tasting | Adult Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Learn the art of making artisanal-style pizza from mixing\, balling\, stretching and shaping.  You’ll prepare delicious toppings alongside our chef and learn some knife skills for chiffonading\, dicing and chopping.  For a perfect pairing\, our friends at Snug Harbor Wine will be sampling some great pizza wines. This is a hands-on class that promises to be a great time! \n  \nDate: Thursday\, March 14th \n\n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $60 \n\n  \nThings to know: \nMenu items may change slightly based on what’s fresh and available.  Please inform us of any food allergies before registering.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that we need to cancel\, we will notify you at least 48 hours before the event. If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot issue a credit\, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place. \n\n
