COVID-19:How we are ensuring your safety at Mix It Up Kitchen
We are excited to re-open our kitchen and are following CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our students and staff. All classes will require the use of face coverings for students and staff, social distancing and strict sanitation and cleanliness protocols.
Here are some of the extra steps we will be taking for our Kids Classes:
Children will be checked-in outside the kitchen with a parent or guardian. We will ask some screening questions as they relate to possible Covid 19 symptoms or exposure. We will also take a touchless temperature scan for each student. We ask that siblings, parents and caregivers stay outside at drop-off and pick-up to limit traffic inside the kitchen.
Children will be required to wash their hands immediately upon entering the kitchen and through out the class.
Each work table will allow for two children (unless they are signed up with friends or siblings in which case it would be a maximum of 4 per table).
If for any reason your child is not feeling well (fever, chills, muscle aches, trouble breathing, shortness of breath, new loss of taste or smell, fatigue), please contact us as soon as possible.
Class size will be limited per changing CDC guidelines.
We believe with the above measures that we can provide a safe and fun learning experience for our students.
